Letters to the Editor may be submitted by mail, by e-mail, or delivered to our office at 6 East Main, Danville.
All submissions must include the writer’s name, address, and contact phone number. Names may be withheld from publication by request, but anonymous letters will not be published.
Letters should not exceed 300 words.
The choice of letters is at the editor’s discretion.
News items
News items can be sent by mail, e-mail, or brought to our office. They must include name and contact information. Photographs must be submitted as jpg or pdf documents. If unable to send electronically, photos may be brought to our office and scanned, with advance notice. Submissions are subject to editing and should not exceed 300 words.
Deadline for Letters to the Editor or news items is noon on Monday for that week’s Thursday edition.
